Overview
Our team specializes in process development support for various peptide forms and offers expertise in multiple purification techniques. These peptides include linear, cyclic, branched, and peptide drug conjugates (PDCs).
We utilize state-of-the-art peptide synthesizers, including the Tetra Volo Peptide Synthesizer, CEM MultiPep2 parallel synthesizer and the DL-PSI-286 Peptide Synthesizer, which enable us to synthesize up to 158 peptides simultaneously. These advanced synthesizers allow for approximately eight amino acid coupling reactions per day, providing us with a competitive edge in the global market.
Our peptide synthesis team is supported by an experienced analytical team capable of developing and validating the necessary analytical methods for purification. We employ advanced instruments such as the Waters Prep-HPLC Auto-purification System, Agilent LCMS System, and Shimadzu LC-2050 C Analysis HPLC Systems to ensure the successful completion of this phase.
